Neck Fan Feedback

Currently taking Nubeqa and Orgovyx for hormone therapy. Body temp regulation issues are off the charts for me. I got a "sweetfull" neck fan and it is a big help but the little fans in there generate a lot of noise to the ears. Causes some ringing in my ears. This model claims 30-40 decibels.

What's the quietest neck fan solution that ya'll have used? I mean like super quiet. real experiences. not google searches. 😉
