Natural products for cancer of esophagus

My brother has advanced esophageal cancer he is on chemotherapy. I found a link (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9657766/) at National Library of medicine of various natural products effective in the treatment of esophageal cancer. There is a long list of products and it is difficult to decide which one to choose. Has anyone used any product and found good results? Thanks

Thanks for providing this link to Natural products for EC. I'd also be interested if any one has used any natural products with good results, even though this would be difficult to evaluate if chemo / radiation/ immunotherapy are being used simultaneously. Also, most of the products seem to be tried on squamous cell EC vs AdenoCA (in mice.)
