OK I’m so excited I have to share I’ve been on the group for a while now every since I was diagnosed well today I got great news. I have advanced widespread to lymph nodes bones all over the place prostate cancer my PSA to begin with was 164 then it went to 175 in two months I started firmagon
And Nubeqa two weeks ago I redid my blood test yesterday. In two weeks after starting treatment my PSA has gone down to 21.1 and my testosterone
Has went from 371 to 6 I am so happy hopefully it keeps reacting to the treatment like that I will keep you posted and again I appreciate the group

it should continue downward and then in about 2-3 months, you should start some kind of radiation and prob a round of chemo at some point...triplet therapy...

but good news, your cancer is retreating quickly and so get in shape for the battle to regain your health..good food with mostly veggies, lots of water, exercise and rest...you want to be the Rocky of the PC channel !! Every punch you throw into the heavy bag is knocking the crap out of your cancer !

Thank you. I appreciate it I was just shocked I feel good hopefully I can stay away from chemo but like you said that’s part of the triple therapy I don’t know about radiation I have a lot of spots but maybe they can take care of some of them again thank you

That's great news! Celebrate every bit of positive news you get — no need to qualify it with "but-maybe-someday"s (I know I do that too much).
