My Gleason score is 7 - 3+4,. How long can I live without treatment? Since I decided not to get any treatment, because of horrible side effects, I was wondering, if someone who experienced the same condition, will share his experience with me.

I think your real question should not be life expectancy but chances of metastatic progression. Maybe that is just me...
I think one would need more info like number of cores positive and % in positive cores. Was biopsy random or MRI guided? Can you tell us?
Just a single core MRI guided biopsy with less than 20% volume may give you 20 years. I am no expert however. Truth is nobody knows.
