My foot and hand feeling burning, tingling and itchy

I had some symptoms for 2weeks. Firstly, my arm and my leg were numbness and then couple weeks later my hand felt burning and tingling. Now, my hands are fine just sometime itchy.
Now, my feets are exactly the same as my hand before. They were burning at the start and sometimes foot hurting and tingling. I couldn't sleep well at night. I don't know what is it happening?
