My feet have hurt for 15 years, now it could be my back causing it
My feet have hurt for over 15 years.
I've tried everything to relieve the pain but no success.
My Neurosurgeon thinks that having 7 back surgeries could be the reason my feet hurt ?
Anyone else have the same problem ?

@seniordon09, I moved your discussion to the Spine Health support group. I wonder if @jenniferhunter might have some thoughts for you.
What back surgeries have you had?
@seniordon09 Spine issues can cause pain the the legs and feet. I had that too because of spinal cord compression in my neck and spine decompression surgery did fix that. I have also felt some pain in my feet a few times since then, and had an MRI, but there was nothing indicated that could cause it. My physical therapist said that the dura (the covering around the spinal cord) can get pulled on by tight fascia and muscle near the spine. She does a lot of stretching and myofascial release and that helps a lot and gets the body moving better.
Here is our discussion on Myofascial Release.

Have you heard of myofascial release before?
