Music hear

I have been having music ear in one ear only. I sleep on my left side and hear old radio shows muffled but can still figure out what is going on. Laying on my right side I don't hear it. I wear aides in both ears already. The doctor said she couldn't do anything for it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
