Multiple failed Nissen fundoplications

Has anybody ever experienced 5+ failed Nissen fundoplications? I'm a 50 year old female with a significant family history of cancer. My father died of stomach cancer @ 56 and my sister of colorectal @ 29. I've been to multiple surgeons, GI specialists etc. who have all voiced their concerns of re-operating on me. Unfortunately, I cannot tolerate my stomach pain much longer. My last surgery was in 2022 and I've lived with chronic daily stomach pain. I'm unable to ear properly because my stomach pain only worsens. I have several necrotic areas in my stomach, chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, constant inflammation of my small intestines (as evidenced on CT scan). No over the counter medications help my pain. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
