Moderate to Severe Gastroparesis already and possible Chrons?

Hello everyone, I am trying to find answers and advice for my ongoing progressive health issues and a recent dismissed Ct scan that is showing results that are concerning me. I have been diagnosed with a number of digestive conditions. The worst being the Gastroparesis, by the time they addressed it, I was beyond medication and needed the gastric stimulator, along with this condition, I have active IBS, (now severe from the GP) and the least active are chronic Pancreatitis from biliary disease) Gastritis, diverticulitis, Gerd, all of which
are mild and managed most of the time. Lately I have been feeling like something was off, some different pain, and different flares, and the doctors in my area are always dismissive towards my concerns and I can't get answers or diagnosed until I have a major health issue. I have had a recent CT scan done having to go through my surgeon because my GI didn't think it was important enough. And now that the results are back, I am getting no explanation or tests scheduled. I have to see her in a month. I don't know if I should be worried about this or not. We've waited before on my concerns and now I have a machine inside my abdomen. Which is pretty big and often painful. My results are pointing towards Chrons Disease and I am extremely worried about this being the outcome. I don't think I can manage both conditions with the care I receive here. If anyone has had the same problems, can you offer any insight to what you think I should do. I'll paste my results below.
