Mesentery damage
I was in a car accident February 8, 2022. Since then my abdomen aria has been very swollen and if I sit stand walk right in the car do anything it causes much pain the only comfort comes from laying down. I have had CT scans colonoscopy all organs look healthy no sea peaches no blood things look normal. But my stomach is swollen maybe six times what it wants will not let me do anything does anyone know a doctor in the Saint Louis area or anywhere I’ll go anywhere anymore I will go anywhere to find a Doctor Who can help please.

Hello @marybb, It must be awful when you are in pain and the only way you get relief is laying down. Sorry to hear that the doctors have not been able to find out what's wrong after all of the tests they have run. I don't know of any doctors in the St. Louis area but I believe there are several teaching hospitals which would be a good place to seek help. Have you discussed getting a referral from your doctor to help you?
Perhaps start w/ your GP for recommendations.
