Has anyone used Mayo's Executive Health Program?

Does anyone here have availed of Mayo's EHP program. Please kindly share how it works. I read that it costs $5,000.

Hi @remybelle, You can contact one of the three sites from the following link in order to get all the information you need for the EHP program.

Note that EHP is self paid.
