Mayo Fast Pass? Getting on cancellation list

Looking to get my aunt into mayo before her March appt. Her Iowa care team is not cutting it and her health is trending downward, fast. I heard something about a ‘fast-pass’ or some sort of list she can get on where mayo will call if there’s a cancellation and can get her in sooner? Does anybody know how to get on this list?

needhelpplz, call the scheduling office and ask if there is a cancellation. Explain the situation and ask to be placed on a cancellation list. In your situation I would call every day. Best luck for your aunt. I'm glad you are there for her.

Let them know about the situation and find out if the department may have an opening. I have not heard of a fast-pass.
