Mass found rectum, enlarged lymph nodes at the abdomen and pelvls

I have been on here before with lung cancer. What brings me to this is my sister-in-law. She has been fighting cancer for the last five years, beginning with ovarian cancer. She has been through Chemo, ending up taking Keytruda. That has not really cured the cancer, just slowed it down. Now she has a mass located @ the rectum and enlarged lymph nodes at the abdomen and pelvis.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom I could talk with my sister-in-law???
