Macrobacterium abcesses

I have bronchiectasis. 4 years ago, I was successfully treated for MAC (with 3 antibiotics over an 18 month period) I’ve recently been coughing up blood and an MRI and sputum test shows my lungs are now infected with Macrobacterium abscesses and I need immediate treatment. Can anyone tell me about their experience and the treatment of this disease which I understand is pretty rare.
