Lymphoma related Neuropathy of FND?
Hi my wife was diagnosed with a rare Lymphoma around 2 years ago, due to her symmetrical foot numbness. After 2 years and one Dr and 2 podiatrists saying it is PN as seen in blood cancers her Neurologists keep saying it is not. First the symmetrical numbness was said to be caused by a mild left sided S1 Radiculopathy, and so very slight L4/L5 right sided damage. May 2024 it started progressing, now in lips all the time, both hands, mild carpel tunnel in right only, there is also heating in the posteria thoracic region and numbness, and more. So we finally have some sort of agreement that it is sensory, but last week we were told it is Hypervigulant, so I assume Functional Neurological Disorder (sensory), but it does not seem to follow the typical whole leg patterns, and sticks to dermatomes (nerve groups) and is very repeatable but progressing. So does any one have FND or know anything about it, does this sound typical of it? Thanks Jon
