Lower leg pain 14 years after 3 TKR same leg.

So I had to ha e 3 TKR back in 2011/2012 due to complications. My replacement parts are the longer ones, and the one in the lower leg that is pounded down in my Tibia has been aching much more this last year, like daily. Should this still be happening?
