Loved one passing away

Hi Spunkyj2,
I'm so sorry to hear of your father's death. He looks like he was a very pleasant person. You know that your father is up in Heaven now with God and Jesus and totally out of pain. You will be with your father again in Heaven in God's time. It's just hard being left alone. I know you miss him terribly especially since you both had the same birthday. My husband died of lung cancer in July. I miss him so much! However, I too, know that he is up in Heaven and we will be together eventually. What I do to get through this time is to pray to God and ask for his help and I have been getting a lot of help from God. God is always there for us. You don't have to go to church to find God; although church is very nice. Just talk to God like he was your best friend and he is! It will get easier for you to deal with this sad event. It has for me. I will say a prayer for you.
