Looking for I'm a good spine surgeon in New Jersey

I've been really suffering with a herniated disc l5 this one for a while it's getting worse I know have worsening her need a disc after 19 months it's gotten bigger and it's pinching on s1 nerve. my left leg is very weak . Tried everything including physical therapy and shots but since September I'm developing like a foot drop so I feel like I need to do something but I've interviewed for neurosurgeons that told me that the disc is not big enough and I don't know why but my symptoms are very much stronger than the imaging. Yes I'm looking for a surgeon that looks at the patient more than the MRI who does really good testing.
