Looking for a good doctor to treat my osteoporosis in northern Florida

Hello. I’m looking for any recommendations for a doctor to help me treat my osteoporosis. I live in northern Florida. I have an endocrinologist, but she is not very knowledgeable and I am doing most of the research on my own. Right now I’m dealing with a very low bmd in my forearm (-4.7) after taking Tymlos for eight months. I don’t know what my original bone density was in the forearm because I had never had it tested before but I’m assuming it has decreased. I’m very concerned about it. I’m not sure if I should continue on Tymlos or go off it. I had a phone consult with Dr. McCormick yesterday (I have worked with him in the past) and he gave the option of switching to Reclast. He said with the forearm once the bone is lost it will not come back. is lost. After 8 months on Tymlos, my spine has increased increased from -3.9 to -3.1. My hip and femur have stayed in the 2.4 range. I sent a note to my local endocrinologist asking for her opinion she all she said was that I need to stay on Tymlos for two years. Did not acknowledge the forearm issue whatsoever. She does not seem to get it. I feel like I need a more knowledgeable doctor. Does anyone living in this area (Northern Florida) have any recommendations for doctors? Much appreciated. Thank you.
