liver disease signs

hello, i am male, just turned 70. last few days i have had some nausea, but appetite ok, no swelling anywhere, no other symptoms. i have been drinking almost a bottle of wine every night for last several years. in march this year my blood test looked normal regarding liver functions, but with the nausea i am concerned it could be connected to liver issue. any comments.
