soonersusan, great idea. Keep us posted. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11954165/
I am going to start taking low- dose Lithium. If you Google, " Life Extension articles on Lithium," you will find several interesting and informative articles. I am going to take 1000 mcg. One hundred caps for $12.00. I think I will take it every other day.
What kind of daily dose are you considering, and have you talked to a doctor about it? Just interested. Please keep us updated
I may have posted this before and if I have please forgive me. Relative to lithium, a highly regarded position, Dr Jonathan Wright, was touting the benefits of lithium many years ago. He was so convinced based on his studies that he took it and had his family members take it. One of the forms was lithium orotate. My suggestion is to research his articles and reasoning and I think then most people who are concerned about Alzheimer's and Dementia will make the decision to take it.
