Anyone know about Legion 100 (SYNC-T Therapy) trials for mCRPC?

Does anyone have any information or experience with the Legion 100 (SYNC-T Therapy) trials for mCRPC (metastatic Castration-Resistent Prostate Cancer)?

more info here: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06533644

This is what quick googling found :

"Innovative SYNC-T SV-102 Therapy: A Breakthrough in Prostate ...
SYNC-T SV-102 is an investigational in situ immunotherapy for metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) developed by Syncromune. It combines partial tumor cryolysis with the intratumoral infusion of a multi-target biologic drug to stimulate a systemic immune response, achieving an 85% overall response rate in early trials and receiving FDA Fast-Track designation."

It sounds very promising < 3. Immunotherapy is the future of cancer treatments and IMHO will be a real answer and would provide true eradication of tumors in human body.

Seems that you need a demonstrable tumor(s) ‘able to be measured in two dimensions’. Also, it has to be in a sweet spot - not near major blood vessels, nerves, organs or near the trachea due to possible post treatment swelling…
I think if the drug being infused into the tumor actually eradicates it, that’s a big step forward in making a drug which can be used against ALL cancer cells, not just a huge clump comprising a tumor.
Hopefully, the next generation in the chemo arsenal…good find.

@tigriopus, are you considering participating in this trial?

Thanks for asking. I'll finish the Lutetium-PSMA series on April 23. I passed the Legion100 preliminary screening interview, but have not yet initiated the next interview. At age 91 I'm not sure I want to continue any treatments if Pluvicto doesn't give me an extended remission. Are their others in this group enrolled in immunotherapy trials?
