Knee / thigh weakness after Pluvicto?

I am 5 years past diagnoses with metastatic prostate cancer. I have had 4 doses Pluvicto, starting this spring. Fifth due Monday. Weakness in knees / difficulty standing started two months ago, continues today. Has anyone experienced this?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing weakness in your legs after several Pluvicto infusions. My husband just finished his sixth infusion and has had many side effects, but not these. The radiation oncology staff where you get your Pluvicto treatments would be able to answer your question about these bothersome side effects. Don't hesitate to contact them, or the provider who referred you for Pluvicto. Good luck.
