Knee scar tissue
I had open knee surgery end of 2021 to remove some hard tissue under skin that was bothering me. Incision vertically down the middle.
After healing I noticed feels extra tight. Also feels funny if flexing muscles. Not too bad walking but running I feel tightness more.
Wondering if this could be caused by scar tissue where skin and tissue below might not be moving independently.
Can shockwave therapy or something else help with this?
