Does anyone have a problem with odour in the J-tube?

Does anyone with a Jtube have a problem with a funny smell that seems to come from the tube that hangs down ? There is no sign of infection, no redness, all looks good…no leakage but just a strange smell. Washed in the shower every night so why is there a smell ? It’s flushed regularly during the day. I’m wondering if it could be bacteria building up inside the tube. Maybe a Mickey button won’t have this problem ? Any advice is welcome please ,
