Itching post mastectomy

Has anyone had severe itching starting about three weeks post surgery? Mine is primarily from the knees down in the evenings and in the mornings it’s on my forearms. Sometimes it’s more or less than other areas, including my armpits, but primarily the lower legs and the forms to the point where I think I can’t stand it anymore. I’ve been to several doctors and nobody has an answer.
