If you go to the main categories and you choose Osteoporosis you will see many subheadings. There are a number of those that may give you information from others who have similar issues.

2 ReactionsI’d never heard of Thirmik before your post so I googled it. They make a supplement called Thryve for women that is advertised for bone health. It contains NAD, quercetin, and resveratrol which are popular in the wellness community to address inflammation.
There are no links to any scientific research studies on how these ingredients improve bone density despite the website touting that they are “backed by science”.
The website also leverages several marketing tactics like promoting the illusion of scarcity, e.g., “November batch sold out”, and a subscription model.
Personally, I would not use this supplement for these reasons.
Prolia would not be my first choice for a medication as there is a rebound effect associated with it that can cause multiple cascading fractures if you have to come off it abruptly. I would recommend that you see an endocrinologist specializing in osteoporosis for guidance.

4 ReactionsI take New Chapter Bone Strength calcium pills, which contain vitamin K because it helps direct calcium to the bones. That calcium is sourced from algae vs limestone which some calcium carbonate supplements come from. I alternate those calcium pills with Citrical Petites, which are calcium citrate, along with a vitamin K pill. I also take AlgaeCal collagen powder, which I mix in a fruit smoothie. It contains Fortibone, which is supposed to help bones. I also take extra Vitamin D as my blood levels are low, and I take Magnesium Glycinate, 240-300 mg a day. I have decided to avoid osteoporosis medications.

I just joined this forum because I want evidence based information. I struggle with the advertisements online and how they promote miracles. I want the proper supplements to improve my bone health because I do not want to take the prescriptions that have so many side effects. Any advice would be helpful.

1 Reaction@mimiroy If your osteoporosis is really bad, there isn't a supplement in the world that will fix it. None. It would be great if there were.

1 ReactionThanks. I think my osteoporosis is mild to moderate and will be speaking to my doctor soon.
@mimiroy your doctor will guide you. I have been getting Prolia shots for several years, my bones have improved, and I don’t have any side effects from it at all.
