Is there a dept or person at Mayo who can suggest a specific Surgeon?

I need a VERY specific surgery that only a few hip preservation specialist do. it's called a glute max transfer. My gluteus medius muscle and tendon is detached and completely atrophied. I can't find which --IF ANY- Mayo clinic surgeon might do this. I have to be an IN- Patient. cannot do out patient. 1st choice Phx....then Fla...then MN...
