is anyone taking cabomeytyx

lilyann here, dr. rx'd new drug........cabometyx. for my thyroid cancer. wishing all of you wellness and happiness.

I understood you went on Cabometyx at the beginning of February. Because this is a newer targeted chemo drug, there isn’t a lot of experience with most people. Perhaps you could share what your side effects if any you are having. Additionally my experience is many patients do not know what actual drugs they are taking, particularly when they are administered IV drugs.

hi william, yes, lilyann here. i had just received them by fedex. thing is. a lot of paperwork. so i was just checking a head of time to see what was what with people here on mayo. the side effects are scary and that is why the concerne, but, with any of these cancer drugs the side effects are almost unbelievable. so again with so many people now diagnosed with all kinds of cancer and i just thought i would check and see as i love hearing from individuals and their comments which are very important. i pray for everyone on here as this is no easy journey. thank you again william for responding.
