Is a hard enlarged protruding bone at top of sacrum on my spine a posf

At top of my sacrum I feel a hard protruding bone . When I look or touch anyone else’s spine, they don’t have it . Could this be a sarcoma ? Or another form of cancer ?

@susangayle1, our fear often leads us to think, "could this be cancer?" A hard protruding bone is unlikely cancer, but that doesn't mean your concern isn't real. Have you always had this formation or is it new? I recommend talking to a doctor about your concerns.
