Injured belly weight lifting, pain is chronic as is constipation.

Chronic pain and constipation after lifting a great weight. When I tell Doctors that problems started after a lifting injury they seem to suffer cognitive dissonance.
They then try to find the common diagnosis that fits their preconception of the problem and never mention the injury.
If they can’t see it with a colonoscopy it doesn’t exist. They will not even consider it may be a problem with the small intestines.

I wonder if you tore yourself a hernia and it could be causing your problems. Someone I know had digestive problems caused by a hernia that he got from lifting something heavy. It didn't show up in the colonoscopy he had either; the doctor finally found it by doing an MRI; the doctor said that the reason neither the colonoscopy nor the endoscopy (or whatever it's called when they send that camera down into your stomach) showed it was because the hernia was hidden away between the bottom of his stomach and the top of his intestinal tract. The doctor said that the hernia had his stomach so caved in--and so one wonders why that didn't show up in the endoscopy, hmmm--that it was sending food down into his intestinal tract almost completely undigested. So an MRI or some other kind of scan might be worth a try. Good luck.
