Injections into cervicle 5-6 to burn nerve

Has anyone had a Rhizotomy into the cervical facet? If so, did you get relief and how often did you need further injections? Thank you.

I did back of July this year. I great success with the 2 trial runs, however pain was back in 24 hours.
When I had the Rhizotomy I experienced horrible pain and it never went away. Finally saw another spine specialist who said where my cord compression is located unfortunately no type of injections will work.
Now I'm pondering whether or not to have surgery.
Good luck with your treatment. It doesn't hurt to try. I've been battling this for 2.5 years

Same for me, 2 trial runs worked for awhile but the actual rhizotomy left me with worsening pain. I'm scheduled Monday to check for cord compression.
Praying not because I don't want surgery if I can get by. But living in this type of pain isn't an option either
