Incision oozing

Super simple and dumb question. Still having a clear/yellowish oozing from the RARP navel incision. 6 weeks post op. Rest are great. Is this to be expected?

My husband did not have any oozing from any incisions, nor any bleeding. Six weeks post op his incisions are hardly visible, just pink thin lines. If I were you, I would call doctor ASAP and insist of him checking it .
Wishing you fast healing 💗

i had no leakage. And my scabs were off at about a week. That does not sound normal.

I had the glue on the outside. Turned out I was allergic to every adhesive the Mayo Clinic had. 6 weeks and all 7 still red.

Not a dumb question, and this is not expected. All of my incisions were sealed with a type of glue that eventually flaked off. My drain incision was not glued or stitched and kept leaking for 4-5 days. I had to keep cleaning that wound and applying new gauze. Got real sick of that so I had it stitched up at my catheter removal which was 6 days after surgery. You might want to call your doctor, they may just stitch that up for you.

Hello, this is not usual. Please contact your doctor. Go to emergency ASAP.
My husband had RARP and had bleeding from the Navel incision after he came out of recovery. He was given blood thickener after which the bleeding stopped. He had to stay an extra day at the hospital after surgery because of this. Now one week post operation all wounds have healed and dry. Please go to emergency care. They will contact your doctor. Atleast that is what happens here in Canada. Wishing you healing and speedy recovery. Prayers.
