Inability to burp after sinusitis antibiotic treatment (h pylori?)
Hello! 5 days of levofloxacin, followed by 5 days of cefuroxime and then followed by 2 days of doxycycline completely ruined my life at 25 years old (I'm 27 now)! Since that day (when took the 2nd pill of doxycycline), I can't burp anymore and because of that, my heart is racing (I can't swim or sport anymore, I barely shower myself at the bath, I feel like I almost end with a heart attack) and I feel like I have to puke all the time. Sometimes my nose is so stuffed that I can barely breath. Most of the time my body temperature is 37,4'C (99,3'F). Got no other diseases, but taking esomeprazole 40mg and constantly eating probiotic-enriched yogurts for like 1,5 years now. Tried to stop the esomeprazole, but after 2-3 days without it, my stomach is so full of acid that I'm literally unable to sleep (it burns like it's a volcano full of lava). Candida culture* and h pylori antigen* are both positive for stool testing. H pylori antibody count (venous blood) is negative. Full colonoscopy revealed clean status, endoscopy does only reveal esophagitis (performed while on esomeprazole). Is there any possibility I got infected by h pylori right after ending the sinusitis antibiotic treatment (doxycycline)? May a h pylori infection cause all the problems I've listed above? Thank you so much!
Further details: Since the inability to burp disease installed, I have insane problems when trying to eat milk (raw/ pasteurized/ sterilized), canned meat or vegetables (sterilized) and pasteurized drinks (beer, no matter if with yeast content or without). For flare ups, I'm taking metoclopramide, drotaverine, OTC antacids with magnesium/sodium or calcium and simethicone, all at once. Sinusitis completely fixed itself with the antibiotics above and oxymetazoline+ipratropium bromide and hyaluronic acid sprays. Having a bowel movement each day, sometimes two (if I force myself to eat even more, which is hard for me to do). Male, 147 lb (67 kg). Tried by now fluconazole daily (7 days in a row) and at a later time, rifaximin daily, for like 6 or 7 days in a row - none of these helped me (fluconazole actually induced me shivering/feeling cold/freezing sensations). I have amoxycillin+clavulanic acid, clarythromicin, fluconazole and pantoprazole in my house right now (given for the h pylori antigen positive stool test) but I'm really afraid to start them because sometimes I think I just have candida and h pylori naturally occurring into my GI tract and I'm not actually infected by either 1 of them. I can't/don't puke. My stomach and intestines are mute (no gurgling, no sounds, unable to feel any movements/noises inside me, I don't fart, just rarely, up to 5-10 times a day). I have no idea if I just lack good bacteria that my body was familiarized with or I actually suffer of a nasty h pylori infection, can you help?
Summary key symptoms: inability to burp but having to burp (left chest pain, left arm pain, hard to breath, palpitations), sometimes very stuffed nose that I can barely breath, nausea without vomiting, burning stomach pain, acid reflux and constant raised body temperature.
