I'm testing CBD/THC topical.
I will let you guys know how it goes. Just applied it for the first time, after about four hours of driving, and my initial impression is very positive. I hope that between this, Meloxicam and physical therapy I can live mostly pain free.

Make sure you use a product that is transdermal if you want the most benefit. That will vary by state for products with THC levels above the Farm Bill limit of 0.3%. I have used Doctor Solomon's products, which are available in several states. Lotions and balms work okay, but you're not going to see the same type of pain relief you can get with an inhaled or edible product.
I'm using Dragon Pain relieving Balm, regular strength, with THC and CBD ingredients. So far, it's working well.
I’ve had good success with topical THC and THC/CBD creams for pain.
