If you have these symptoms would love your input.
Been to so many Dr’s, none have a clue.
Seems spike protein has messed me up, serious chronic fatigue, lately skin feels like I had a sunburn, burns and itches. Nothing visable.
Chonic fatigue hits me hard 1-2 days a week. Leaves me utterly exhausted for days, had every test imaginable.
Do others have these symptoms? What are you doing about it? Need some help.
Once again been to so many Dr’s, all types. They know nothing about this condition.

How terrible for you! I would suggest that you eat foods with a lot of iron in them for your chronic fatigue such as good quality red meat, beans, raisins, nuts, eggs, etc. Also you might consider taking an iron supplement. I didn't have Covid 19 but at age 79, I do get tired often. Eating the above mentioned foods and taking an iron tablet really helps me. For your skin, drink a lot of water. It's really good for our skin. I recently had Shingles and one of the symptoms was that my head itched. I took an Ibuprofen 200 mg. and that seemed to calm down the itching.
Prayer also helps! I pray all the time about my health and it works. After all, God made you and he can fix you! I'll say a prayer for you too.

Yes! Most of us have heavy fatigue - daily in my case but usually 3 or 4 hours with once or twice a day. It gradually subsides over each bout until I’m able to function normally for an hour or two. My legs have gotten weaker and weaker because of so my time spent resting. So walking as much as possible is important, plus leg exercises if possible without exacerbating fatigue.
I'm a long hauler since my 4th infection and have had multiple organ damage.
Most recent diagnosis is autoimmune Hashimoto which causes physical and mental fatigue.
Also since Covid (due to EPI) I guess, I can not absorb nutrients, B12 stays below 180, although I do 2000miu every day (significantly affecting neuro) as well as B3 (niacin) being undetectable (taking oral supplements) for 3 years.
Also main symptoms include chronic fatigue.
These are some things you may need to have checked.
Cheryl,
I'm so sorry you are going through this! That must be just awful! Not absorbing nutrients! Wow! Have you tried eating a lot of natural foods with B12 in them? And other foods with different vitamins besides taking the supplements? Also try and stay away from processed foods; the kind with 2000 ingredients! They just have junk in them that we don't need in our bodies.
Prayer works! Just talk to God like he's your best friend and he is! I'll say a prayer for you also.

Similar story, 3 major medical groups all testing said ‘normal’ but I knew better. Finally turned to Doctors YouTube and Google filtering out the snake oil and chose Dr Bruce Patterson. He and his group have a specialized blood test that for me showed multiple markers slightly or way out of normal bounds. It also measures the presence of spike proteins. Never so happy to be told I was abnormal 🙂
Chronic fatigue, when I saw that I thought Thyroid. Have you had your Thyroid Panels run? As your doctor to test your TSH, T3-Free, T4-Free, TPO Antibodies. You could have hypothyroidism. I had similar symptoms and had my thyroid levels checked and lo and behold I have Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s. I was exhausted and would fall asleep right after dinner in the evening, which isn’t me at all. Once I got my diagnosis, I began taking medication, Synthroid and I started on a nighter dose of 125 mcg and took along with it another drug called Cytomel 5 mcg. Now since my levels have come down, I’m only taking 75 mcg of Cytomel. I have my blood levels checked every 3 months and if my levels are in the normal range, no need to alter medications. Look into having this done and I would bet you will need medication too. Good luck on your health journey.
I’ve had long covid for 4 years after I got the vaccine. Psoriatic arthritis 3 days after vax. After a year of joint pain was prescribed a biologic that cleared it all up within days. That’s when the hypothyroidism kicked in along with extreme fatigue, gut issues, heart palpitations, bleeding ulcers, hiatal hernia, hormone imbalance, muscle weakness, post exertional malaise.
Saw about 8 different doctors and no one put the pieces together until I kept pushing them after a ton of reading and keeping up on studies.
Now trying Low dose naltrexone. I’ve been on it for about two months. My digestion is better (less bloating) and energy is improving a bit at a time.
I hope you find answers.
I’ve been watching some videos on YouTube from a clinic in Utah that are very in depth and informative. Look up Bateman Horne Center in a YouTube search.
Hope this helps.
Thank you
Could you tell me how much the spike protein test cost? And, more important, what course of treatment did he recommend? Thnx.
Hi - Curious about whether you had a test administered that revealed spike protein and what it was called. Would like to see about having my PCP order one done for me. Thanx.
