If not MS them what causes demyelination in the brain
If it's not MS then what causes demyelination in the brain I am trying to find the answer to that question it seems nobody can tell me please has anybody got an answer for me or at least one that I can follow

sadly, there are many possible causes. viruses, bacteria, heavy metal exposure (mercury, lead), radiation, chemotherapy, even vitamin deficiencies, injuries and other autoimmune diseases aside from MS.

I was thought to have gotten MS, and was diagnosed with probable MS, years ago! The Docs attributed what looked like mild demyelination, to my long time exposure to breathing in heavy metals dust & silica, from working years in a grey iron foundry!
