I need help

I took a lot of medications today, now I feel so weak, I don't feel conscious, my stomach is making non stoping noises, my back feels cold, I feel nauseous but I can't vomit, what should I do

@fatmuh please call 911 - or whatever number used where you are, to call an ambulance.
