Have skin cancer and now my skin turned yellow and urine is orange

I have skin cancer and in the last. three days I have turn yellow my nose keeps bleeding my middle of my back is sore my urine is bright orange I feel like vomiting

Welcome to Connect, @toadwort007 At the risk of alarming you, if this were me I’d be making an appointment to see my doctor asap. These symptoms could indicate something serious.

Since this is a weekend, I’m going to urge you to seek attention at an Emergency Center right now. Don’t wait until tomorrow morning.
Is there someone who can accompany you? Are you currently in treatment for your skin cancer?

I TOTALLY AGREE with Lori!! Though I wouldn't wait to see a doctor. I am NOT a doctor, nurse or in the medical field. However, I am very concerned about your symptoms. Not sure if I'm supposed to say this, as I'm new here, but do you have kidney problems? Like Lori, our Mentor, PLEASE get yourself to an Emergency Room!

Yes, please do go to the ER! These symptoms sound like they could mean liver failure.

Hi @toadwort007. I’m quite concerned and wanted to follow up with you this morning to see if you went to the ER last night. The symptoms you were describing sound quite serious so I hope you took the advice offered by @binky1956, @geekygirl9 and myself to get yourself checked out as soon as possible. The best place to do that is the ER. Were you able to be seen last night?

As a retired RN, this sounds potentially quite serious and the person needs to be seen and get blood work drawn asap! As in Urgent Care or ER! Hepatitis or other liver diseases can definitely cause what is being described with skin and urine color! If the white (sclera) of their eyes look yellowed that is also v concerning.
Skin cancer in this case may not be related at all but either way, something serious seems to be going on!
