I have developed a couple of dents in my skin. Is this neuropathy?

I have a couple of dents in my skin. Two started out with a burning itch that felt like an ant bite. After I scratched them, I saw small indentions. I do have nerve pain in my legs. My heels go numb and it feels like I have shin splints. It also feels like my thigh is twisted and like I have a tennis ball inside the right side of rectum. Recently had tarlov cyst surgery. The pain is the same. The dents happened before and after surgery. I have low b12 and 2 VUS in CBS gene. Not sure if it's neuropathy. My skin started sagging a lot on my legs too. Anyone have any ideas?

I suffer with all of your symptoms. I've had nerve stimulator(3)implanted and removed, numerous injects, nerve blocks, pain medications-of all sorts and nothing works over 20 years of pain. My neuropathy is much worse. If you find out what you've got, I'd love to know.
