I HAVE AN AC (ACROMIO CALVICULAR JOINT DISTRACTION/SEPARATION INJURY

I had an ac distraction/separation injury on my right arm for about 2yrs now. When it first happened, i felt serious pain for months and gradually, pain decreased but then, i have a bumb on my upper shoulder, which gradually led to my shoulder/arm going downward, feeling like it's falling off. I've lost my posture and balance. My right side body, up from my face down to my hip and leg feels larger, bigger. My tounge feels fallen on my teeth, and neck kind of enlarged. Muscles on the right side of the body is so much loosed and makes me feel not in total control of my right side. I hear this irritating popping/cracking sounds on my shoulder while my waist and kneels pops every single time if i seat for a min on a spot and try to move. Now my shoulder/arm moves 1cm away from the body and my hip and leg does the same. Feels like I'm stretching too long from its position than I'm supposed to normally strech. Muscles spasms or maybe twitches some or most times. Overall, it's now like i have a bigger right side of the body and I feel complete imbalance. I've been to the hospital, to orthos and physios department but being my country, none seemed to know about conditions like mine. I've done exercises relating to the ac injury but it more like none is working for my case. All of these developed from my ac joint injury. Don't know if anyone has or have had similar cases like that. If so, I'd like to hear your thoughts on recovery if that's ever possible. Love from here.
