I bought nano stockings they feel great what results do people have

Here is the deal for me; when my feet are bothering me I put on my support socks(I have nano and other brands just over the ankle) and they help! Sometimes when I have them on and my feet start to flare, I take them off and that helps ! So my theory is to "Do something different!"- Change it up even if it is the opposite that worked before. Example switch heat/cold, rest/activity, socks on/socks off, etc. Worth a try. I'm no Pollyanna, sometimes nothing works.

Mart of my right foot (a little bigger and only 25% of feeling) I use these. From my foot to my knees. My wife does the same way. Helps, somewhat, on my right-side & does both. Colors? I have a close 12scandcset my colors - all white, all black, brown-white, and others.

Great suggestion, “do something different “. My feet hurt so bad at times it’s really depressing. I have found a little relief from Wonder Rub ointment a CBD/THC product. I will check out the Nano socks. My feet (esp back of heels) are worse when I rise from sleeping (always on my back) I often soak in warm or cool epsom salts bath. Any folks wake up with painful heels? Appreciate any advice. Grover
