I am being monitored for dilated pancreatic ducts

Recently, my CA-19-9 level went up from a 52 to a 87.7. I have been diagnosed with IPMN of the pancreas. Also my CEA level went up from a 3.6 to a 5.7. I am scheduled for a EUS and colonoscopy tomorrow. Any words of advice at this time.

One step at a time. A colonoscopy and an EUS is a step in the right direction. They would likely extract the cancer cells through the stomach wall. Your markers while elevated, is not high (like hundreds and thousands) so it would be early days and with pancreatic cancer, if you catch it early, it is a very good thing. Biopsy should take 2 weeks. All the best!
