Is there a relationship between chemical exposure and Neuropathy?

Posted by armywac @armywac, Jun 22 3:22pm

I have a problem with hands shaking when I am trying to concentrate, hands jumping and involuntarily moving, vibrations in body, eyes that may have trouble understanding what is on tv, loss of sense of smell and loss of 75% of sense of taste and Neuropathy but I am not diabetic, and terrible tinnitis.
I am totally incontinent with my bladder, and have had a continual UTI for almost 5 years., and antibiotics don't work at all. We may have found a cure for that...we will see.
The only diagnosis that they have made for these problems so far, is that I have Peripheral Neuropathy. I was exposed to numerous chemicals when I was young, (I am 80 now) could any of this be related to that?

I have neuropathy but I don't think mine is related to any chemical exposure. There is a related discussion that might be helpful:
