Hypothyroidism: Could this be related to my treatment?

Brief summary :
RP 9-21
Persistent PSA
Eligard 12/23
SR completed 5/24
Switched to Orgovyx + Abiraterone + Prednisone 6-24, coming off treatment in 75 days
Had bloodwork yesterday for cardiologist and my TSH was 13.6 - way above normal, indicating hypothyroidism. Could this be related to my treatment? Anyone else have this happen?

ADT can cause a rise in TSH.

I had the opposite problem, hyperthyroidism.
Gleason 9
Lupron+abiraterone +prednisone 11/2021-11/2023
Proton therapy 5/22-7/22
TSH < .003 1/ 2025
T4 4.5. 1/2035
