Hydronephrosis and urostomy

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with chronic hydronephrosis and or hydroureterosis while having a urostomy? Wondering how it was treated. Thank you.

@ravna, as I understand it hydronephrosis is an obstruction of the outflow of urine to the renal pelvis and hydroureter is a dilation of the ureter.

Do you experience both? Periodically or is it chronic? How is it managed?
