How to determine if one has SI joint hyper or hypo mobility?

I think the treatment differs for both...how do you know which to pursue?

A chiropractor could tell you. My right SI is hypermobile. It gets stuck at the the greatest extent of its hypermobility and is then not mobile at all. Sometimes they adjust the sacrum, sometimes the ileum.
If I wait too long for an adjustment my good left joint also becomes locked.
