How long can I tell its over

I had food poisoning since Wednesday how can i tell its over

I've had food poisoning a couple of times. (Most people have, and just don't know it.) I even got it once while in a hospital!
The most common type, clostridium perfringens, is usually over in 24 hours or so.
Other forms can take longer to recover from.
I'm not a doctor, so I suggest that if you're still having symptoms after a week, you should see a professional.
(Are you sure it's food poisoning, and not something else?)

Yes I'm sure my friend gave me some food that was sitting out for 8 hours and if it not food poison can you please tell me what it is

We're not doctors or medical folk, but if it was me and I still felt very sick or had any concerns I would just go to urgent care or my own doctor. You can get dehydrated, so do take care of yourself.
