How long after stopping Orgovyx did you notice a difference?
I just got off Orgovyx . One of the benefits of Orgovyx is supposed to be quicker testosterone recovery. How long can I expect the hot flashes to stop and my energy to return?

In the HERO study comparing Orgovyx to Lupron, the median time to testosterone recovery was faster following relugolix treatment than with leuprolide acetate treatment (86.0 d vs 112.0 d). Men ≤65 yr and those with baseline testosterone greater than the median had a higher incident rate of testosterone recovery.
I know people that have had their testosterone come back within a couple of months. Other than this, I’ve waited many more months to get back to normal. There is no standard. As @brianjarvis says age is a big factor.
It depends.🫢
4 mos Orgovyx w/ IMRT Radiation
5 mos after ADT completed, my Testosterone was about 60% of 437 baseline
9 mos - 18 mos 80%
Last 6 mos - returned to low 400s
Those are the numbers.
The answer to your question is that I felt more energy and my walking pace had pretty much returned to prior at about 6 - 9 mo mark.
Everyone seems to be a bit different and length of ADT, age and physical health all seem to play a role.
I was 73 when ADT was started and now 75.
Best wishes
My experience, albeit a study of one...
I did 12 months of Orgovyx, from April 23 to April 24.
Within about three weeks, the fatigue, muscle and joint stiffness dissipated.
At around the three-month mark T was 135, the genitalità shrinkage went away.
Hot flashes, like fat cells, refused to die...it wasn't until about the six month point those subsided.
The 18 pounds I gained, yeah, six to 12 months. I started at 191, climbed to 209. This morning at 185, Yes, I exercised, watched my diet...
I never lost my libido and have been on daily Cialis since my surgery in 2014 so amazingly, with physical and mental stimulation, could achieve erections and orgasms while on Orgovyx. Now, if modern medicine could find something for my wife...

@kujhawk1978 😂😂
I felt the first glimmer of change 2 weeks post treatment and a slow steady rise from there.
I am 90 days post Orgovyx + IMRT + HDR and I still have fatigue in extremely hot days. I never really had noticeable hot flashes. Not sure where my testosterone is at this point. Getting new blood work in Jan
For me in just a few week
@capatov No hot flashes either. We were blessed.
I am 74 years old. Gleason 3+5. Radical prostatectomy nine years ago. Seven years ago I was on Lupron for six months with minimal side effects. After three months off, my testosterone was back to 400. Four years ago, I started Lupron again due to oligo-metastatic recurrence and was on it for three years together with two years of Abiraterone and one year of Enzalutimide (switched to Abiraterone when my copay went from $2.50 a month to over $800). The side effects were becoming more and more awful. I have been off all drugs for one year. The high blood pressure, high blood sugar and low red blood cell count are already normal and my hot flashes have become less often and less severe for a week or so. My testosterone was 100 last test and will be getting another tomorrow. No problems with muscle loss or weight gain, but I eat very healthy and exercise for a least an hour daily and have never been overweight. My PSA has been undetectable for four years now. I hope to be back to “normal” in the next six months without any recurrence. Sometimes we get lucky.
