How does the use of Flomax impact PSA test numbers?

I am curious if anyone has experience with the use of Flomax for few months before a PSA test and whether it has any impact on the results? Thanks.

My brother Was on Flomax for many months after having radiation. It had no impact at all in his PSA.

If you search for you will find that Flomax doesn’t affect the PSA though in some cases where somebody has a very high PSA I can reduce it slightly.

I was on Flomax (Tamsulosin) for a few years and had no apparent impact on my PSA levels. (However, Finasteride - which is often prescribed for the same purpose - does impact PSA levels.)
